This Refund Policy applies to purchases of LogView software. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider acting as reseller and Merchant of Record (“Payment Provider”); refunds are issued via the Payment Provider.
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If LogView does not meet your needs, request a refund within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund it. After 30 days the purchase is generally non-refundable, except where required by law (see section 2) or granted at our discretion.
2. EU/EEA right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers in the EU/EEA have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital software this right can be limited once delivery/use begins, but our 30-day money-back guarantee meets or exceeds it, so within 30 days you can request a refund regardless.
3. Subscriptions and renewals
If you purchase a subscription or recurring support:
- You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for a period already started, unless required by law.
- Renewals can be cancelled via your account/portal or the Payment Provider.
4. How to request a refund
E-mail info@logview.net with your order ID (from your payment receipt). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via the Payment Provider, typically within 5–10 business days.
5. Exceptions
Amounts beyond the 30-day window are generally non-refundable except where required by law or granted at our discretion.
